SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any product purchased on this site unless it is defective. If you receive a defective product, or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase, we will accept returns within 15 working days after the date your package was received.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it to meet return requirements. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require that all returns be accompanied by a detailed written statement. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

EXCHANGE

Our products are shipped within 4 to 7 days via U.S. Postal Service.

We offer flat rate shipping ($50.00) on any order to all locations within the continental United States of America and Panama. If you live outside the United States of America or Panama, additional shipping fees may apply.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a product valued at more than $75, you should consider using a courier service that includes a tracking number or purchase insurance to cover the merchandise.
